● Don’t steal, scrape, or republish without written permission.

Intellectual Property

● Everything on this site — text, images, logos, videos, downloads — is owned by us or used with permission.

● You may not copy, modify, or use our content for your own business, marketing, or AI training without our say-so.

Sharing

● When you book a workshop, consult, or service, you agree to give accurate info.

● We may refuse or cancel bookings if things get weird or you breach these terms.

● Paid services have their own agreements — those take priority if there’s a conflict.

Booking, Consults & Services

We protect your information with secure systems, encryption, and access limits — but as with all online services, no system is 100% foolproof.

Refunds

● Workshop bookings are refundable up to 7 days before the event. After that, we offer credit for future sessions, not cash refunds.

● For custom projects, refunds are as per your signed agreement.

Liability

● We do our best to keep the site accurate and secure, but we can’t promise it’s always perfect.

● Pixel Juice is not liable for losses or damages from using (or not being able to use) our site or services.

● Following our advice or ideas is at your own risk — as with all business, results depend on many factors outside our control.

Links & Third Parties

We sometimes link to other sites or tools. We’re not responsible for their content or how they handle your data — check their policies.

Governing Law
